You have fourteen (14) calendar days as from the day you received your order to claim your right of withdrawal.
To that end, you simply contact the E-shopping Customer Service by phone (+44 (0) 20 7493 8500) or by electronic mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The latter, after validation, will give you a return number to indicate on the Return Form enclosed with your package.
You will then receive by electronic mail a pre-filled out Return Label. After reception of this document, please contact UPS in order to have an appointment (UPS will come to remove at home the parcel). Be careful: Please do not wait to contact UPS, the Return Label must be used within 2 weeks as from its reception.
We commit to refund to you the price of the returned item as well as the shipping costs (one way) related thereto, according to the price list specified in article 5.1 of these General Conditions of Sale.
Only the cost of return remains your responsibility.
Therefore, the cost of transport for return of your item that you advanced will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
The refund is made by credit to the bank account that was used for payment of the order, as soon as possible and no more than thirty days after the date you have exercised your right.
Considering the unique and customised nature of the item, the latter may not be returned or exchanged.
As a result, you have no option to claim any right of withdrawal. We therefore recommend that you give the time and attention required for designing your item.
