How do I return an item purchased online?

COLLECTION ITEMS

You have fourteen (14) days following receipt of your article (s) within which to cancel your order (if the order is for several articles delivered separately, this period of time runs as of receipt of the last article).

To that end, you simply send us, prior to this deadline, the cancellation form enclosed with the email confirming the order, or any other unambiguous statement expressing your intention to cancel.

In that regard, you may contact the E-shopping Customer Service via Contact form.

You then must return your article within(14) days following receipt of your decision to cancel, by using the pre-filled out and prepaid return label that will be sent to you by email.

After reception of this document, please contact UPS in order to have an appointment (UPS will come to remove at home the parcel). Be careful: Please do not wait to contact UPS, the Return Label must be used within 2 weeks as from its reception.

We shall refund you the total amount paid when ordering, namely:

-          the item(s) you have returned to us,

-          the postage costs relating to this item (outgoing), in accordance with the fee schedule under Article 5.1 hereof.

Please note, you remain liable for the return postage costs paid by us (see above: pre-completed, prepaid return label), therefore these shall be deducted from the total refund amount.

In other words, the refund amount will be equal to the price of your item(s).

The refund will be made by using the same means of payment as that which was used for the initial transaction, as promptly as possible and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which we have been informed of your decision to cancel.

However, we reserve the right to defer the refund until receipt of the article (s) or until you have given us proof of shipment of said article (s), whichever of the two is the earliest.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Considering the unique and personalized nature of the item, the latter may not be returned or exchanged.

As a result, you have no option to claim any right of withdrawal. We therefore recommend that you give the time and attention required for designing your item.

How do I exchange an item?

COLLECTION ITEMS

Collection items may be exchanged only in LONGCHAMP Boutiques located in United Kingdom.

Collection items are exchanged only for other collection items of the same or superior value.

Consequently, no refund will be made within the framework of the exchange process. If you wish to exchange your collection item with another collection item of a superior value, you will have to pay the difference between this new item value and the item value that you had ordered.

Until the end of the current season, no specific time is required for collection items of the collection of the current season (Spring/Summer collection from January to beginning of July, and Autumn/Winter collection from July to beginning of January).

For collection items of previous collection, you have 30 days from receipt of your order within which to make the exchange.
